COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY FAYETTE FAMILY COURT DIVISION IN RE THE MARRIAGE OF : PETITONER NOTICE TO ATTEND PARENTS EDUCATION AND CLINIC, KIDS' TIME AND/OR TWEEN TIME NO. _C1_ RESPONDENT TO: PETITIONER and RESPONDENT Within sixty (60) days of this Notice, you are hereby notified to attend the Parents Education Clinic, to take your children who are enrolled in school grades 1 through 5 to Kids' Time, and to take your children who are enrolled 2"d in school grades 6 through 8 to Tween Time. Parents Education Clinic is offered twice per month on the Thursday of each month at 2:00 p.m. and the following Saturday of each month at 10:00 a.m. Kids Time and Tween Time Clinics are offered on the Saturday only. (Complete schedule may be found at the Fayette Court website at http ://www.kvcourts .net/courts/favettecourtsie .shtm or in the Family Court Offices on the 4th floor of the Circuit Court Building) These clinics are held in the Robert F. Stephens Courthouse at 120 North Limestone, Lexington, Kentucky 40507. You are not required to pre-register for these classes. Registration will take place upon your arrival . Please arrive 20-30 minutes prior to the beginning of the class to register and bring your case number as it is required for obtaining credit for the clinic. Questions regarding Parents Education Clinic, Kids' Time, and Tween Time should be directed to the Family Court Administrator at (859) 246-2789 . If a party fails either to attend the Parents Education Clinic or to take a child to Kids' Time or Tween Time, the disobedient party will be subject to appropriate sanctions including contempt . Each party will pay a fee of $10.00 at the time of attending the Parent's Education Clinic . No Fee will be charged for children attending Kids' Time and Tween Time . All fees shall be paid to the Parents Education Clinic, Inc., a nonprofit corporation established by the Fayette County Bar Association. DATED: WILMA F.
