AP 2.1 (d) & 6.1 (c). The pro se registration form must be submitted with the motion. AP 6.2(a). If during the course of the action the pro se litigant retains an attorney who appears on their behalf the clerk222s office shall terminate the pro se party222s registration in that case upon the attorney222s appearance. AP 6.1 (c). This packet includes the form motion that must be used by pro se litigants seeking permission of the court to file electronically.
