Please review the Revised Uniform Athlete Agents Act, Idaho Code § 4801 et seq., prior to submitting your application. Violation of the Revised Uniform Athlete Agents Act shall constitute a criminal misdemeanor. The Bureau may assess a civil penalty against an athlete agent not to exceed twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000), in addition to any criminal penalties or civil remedies, for a violation of this chapter.
