ACCOMPANYING PRETRIAL DOCKET ARE TO COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING ORDER,

PRELIMINARY PRETRIAL ORDER
In all cases set for pretrial before Senior Judge Virgil Pittman, you are hereby ORDERED to confer
with the opposing counsel on or before two (2) weeks prior to the pretrial setting, .and together prepare
in writing and file with the court not less than five (5) working days prior to the pretrial setting, in a JOINT
DOCUMENT the following:

A brief statement of the cause of action for each count which includes the theory of the
count.
2.
A brief summary of plaintiff’s contentions of facts in support of his cause(s) of
action.
FOR THE DEFENDANT
1.
A brief statement of the defense(s), including the theory of each defense.
2.
A brief summary of defendant’s contentions of facts in support of his defense(s).
FOR THE INTERVENOR(S), THIRD - PARTY
PLAINTIFF(S), DEFENDANT(S), ETC.
1.
A brief statement of your theory of interest, cause(s) of action, defense(s), etc..
2.
A brief statement of facts in support of your legal theories.

FOR ALL PARTIES
In addition, the joint document is to include the following:
