JOINT CUSTODY. Mother and Father agree to act as joint custodians of the minor child(ren)
as set forth in the Parenting Plan signed by the parties, if the Court agrees with the Parenting
Plan. (For joint custody, there must have been no “significant” domestic violence. A.R.S. 25403.03)
