director.

Pursuant to A.R.S. §10-3122 there is a $25.00 filing fee. Expedited filing
service is available for an additional $35.00 fee (add $35 to the filing fee).
Make check payable to the Arizona Corporation Commission.
3.
There are no requirements for either publication or clearance from the
Arizona Department of Revenue.
