Code Ann. § 2851302. This form is to be used by personal representatives and guardians of estates when real estate of the decedent or ward is to be sold, and in sales of personal property when an appraisal is required by the court. The court may approve the appointment of one appraiser instead of the three contemplated by the form to appraise real property, unless an heir or beneficiary of the estate objects.
