Reporters Notes to Form 17: See Ark. Code Ann. § 28-49-110.This form
should be filed by the personal representative within two months
after qualification, unless the requirement is waived pursuant to
Ark. Code Ann. § 28-49-110(c)(1). Inventory should not include any
property owned jointly with right of survivorship by the decedent and
a third party, or any insurance proceeds or other benefits payable by
beneficiary designation, unless such benefits are payable to the
decedent's estate. An affidavit is required by Ark. Code Ann. § 2849-110(a)(2).
