ASSOCIATE COUNSEL
Effective March 2000, a case appointment on an assisted basis may not use
associate counsel except under extraordinary circumstances and with prior
approval of the project director. Please contact CCAP for further information.
Do not put associate counsel hours on line 18 (expenses). Instead, merge
associate counsel hours into the total attorney hours listed on the other lines of
the compensation claim form (e.g., record review, AOB, etc).
