Each Trial Payment shall be made in the amount of set forth above. Following the Trial Modification Period, the debtor(s) shall continue to make distributions in the same amount as the Trial Payments until further order of the court. b. In the event that a permanent modification is reached between the debtor(s) and the Creditor, the debtor(s) shall immediately file the Motion to Authorize Loan Modification. c. The LMM Period is extended until fourteen (14) days after the expiration of the Trial Modification Period. If the debtor(s) has not filed the Motion to Authorize the Loan Modification within 14 days after the expiration of the Trial Modification Period, then the debtor(s) shall immediately file and serve either the Motion to Extend the Loan Modification Management Period or a Motion to Terminate the Loan Modification Management Program that sets forth the specific reasons why an agreement was not reached. d.
