To the Debtor and Debtor's Attorney of Record:
According to Bankruptcy Rule 1007, within 15 days after you filed the petition, you must either:
File any schedule, plan, or statement that was not filed at the time your Bankruptcy Petition was filed, or
Obtain an extension of time to file the required document(s).
If you do not comply in a timely manner, with either of the above alternatives, the Court will:
Consider this to be Willful Failure to Abide by a Court Order within the meaning of 11 U.S.C. Section 109 (g) (1), and
Dismiss your case without further notice
PLEASE NOTE:
If your case is dismissed because of failure to file the required document(s):
You will not be eligible to file another Bankruptcy Petition for 180 days.
Unless leave of the court is first obtained, even if the debtor does file another bankruptcy petition within 180 days
from the date this order is entered, the debtor will not be protected by the Bankruptcy Court's automatic stay.
Notwithstanding filing of a subsequent petition, creditors may evict the debtor or foreclose and sell the debtor's
property.
