I agree to adhere to all technical and procedural requirements for use of the electronic filing system. d. I understand that unless I opt out by so indicating on this registration form or at any time hereafter by written notice to the Clerk, I consent to receive service by electronic means sent to the Email address indicated above. This consent shall remain in effect until revoked in writing and shall apply to service of documents pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 5(b)(2)(D), as made applicable to bankruptcy cases and proceedings by Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 7005. e. I agree to maintain at all times a current, unexpired credit card with sufficient credit to cover the court fees incurred for documents submitted electronically using my electronic filing system username and password. I further agree to notify the Clerk’s Office electronic filing system user registration desk in writing when a credit card is revoked, canceled, or stolen, and to provide the new expiration date when a card is renewed. j. The credit card holder(s) named above authorize the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of California to charge court fees relating to documents electronically filed under my username and password to the credit card(s) specified above. I understand that the Clerk’s Office will automatically charge the primary credit card first. If charges against the primary card are denied, the alternate credit, if provided, will be used. If charges against both credit cards are denied, the Clerk’s Office will contact me to arrange for immediate payment. k.
