Item (1) of the Electronic Public Access Fee Schedule imposes a fee for court data accessed via a federal judiciary Internet site and applies to information from the public records of individual cases in the court, including data, dockets, reports, and documents. 2. Consistent with Judicial Conference policy, courts may, upon a showing of cause, exempt indigents, bankruptcy case trustees, individual researchers associated with educational institutions, courts, section 501 (c)(3) not-for-profit organizations, court appointed pro bono attorneys, and pro bono ADR neutrals from payment of these fees. 3. Movant understands that any exemption from payment of electronic public access fees granted as a result of this motion is only for access related to the purpose for which it is given, and agrees to use his/her fee exempt account only in connection with the performance of his/her duties as a case trustee, an individual researcher associated with an educational institution, or a Resolution Advocate. Movant agrees to make arrangements to establish a billable account with the PACER Service Center for access not related to performance of his/her duties as a case trustee, an individual researcher associated with an educational institution, or a Resolution Advocate and understands that he/she will be responsible for using the appropriate account. 7. Movant agrees not to sell for profit, transfer, or otherwise provide data, dockets, reports, or documents obtained using his/her fee exempt account to third parties. 8. Movant understands that an exemption from payment of electronic public access fees may be revoked at any time at the Court's discretion.
