This matter comes before the Court on the motion of

requesting an exemption from payment of electronic public access user fees prescribed by

Item (I) of the Electronic Public Access Fee Schedule (effective September 18, 2007). Payment
10
of electronic public access fees will impose an unreasonable burden on Movant, while the
11
granting of an exemption from payment will promote public access to information. Cause having
12
been shown by the motion and supporting documents, if any,
is granted an exemption
