This matter is before the Court upon the application of

requesting a waiver of the requirement to file documents in electronic form. The Court finds

has demonstrated cause for relief from the requirement.
IT IS ORDERED THAT

is granted a waiver of the

requirement to file documents in electronic form and shall be permitted to file paper

documents in all cases and proceedings in which (s)he is an attorney of record through

December 31, 2006.1
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED THAT unless a new waiver is obtained, paper

in any case or

documents filed after December 31, 2006 by

proceeding will be considered submitted in violation of Local Rule 5005-1 and may be

subject to monetary or non-monetary sanctions.
