The court has considered the record, and finds that the case has not been converted previously under 11 U.S.C. 247 1112, 247 1208 or 247 1307. It is ordered that: 1.This chapter 7 case is converted to a chapter 12 case. 2.The chapter 7 trustee within 30 days of the date of this order must file and transmit to the UnitedStates Trustee: a.an account of all receipts and disbursements made in the chapter 7 case, and b.a report on the administration of the case pursuant to 11 U.S.C. 247 704(9). 3.The chapter 7 trustee immediately must turn over to the chapter 12 trustee all records and property of theestate remaining in the chapter 7 trustee's custody and control. 4.The chapter 7 trustee or any other party entitled to compensation for services rendered in the chapter 7 casemay within 30 days of the date of this order file an application for compensation and reimbursement ofexpenses. 5.The debtor within 14 days from the date of this order must file: a.a list of the debtor's equity security holders of each class, showing the number and kind of interestsregistered in the name of each holder and the last known name and address or place of businessof each holder, as required by FRBP 1007(a)(3), if the debtor is a corporation; and b.a chapter 12 Statement of Financial Affairs. 6.The debtor within 14 days of the date of this order must file the statements and schedules required by FRBP1007(b), if such documents have not already been filed. 7.The debtor immediately must pay any additional filing fee. 8.The debtor within 90 days from the date of this order must file a chapter 12 plan. 9.[Other provisions as needed] American LegalNet, Inc. www.FormsWorkFlow.com
