STANDARD FOR PROCESSING SPECIAL MASTER RECOMMENDATIONS
1. All recommendations of the Special Masters are to be reduced to writing.
2. The Special Master shall use the format for their recommendations as set forth in Attachment
A.
3. The Special Master’s recommendation shall be provided to party and counsel at least 24 hours
prior to presentation to the court.
4. The recommendations of the Special Master along with a proposed Order Adopting the
Recommendations of the Special Master shall then be submitted to the court. The order shall be
as set forth in Attachment B.
5. A copy of the Stipulation and Order Appointing the Special Master should be provided with
the proposed order and recommendation for the convenience of the court.
6. The original and one copy of the proposed order and recommendation shall be provided to the
court. A self-addressed stamped envelope should also be provided.
7. Upon receipt of the order adopting the recommendation, the Special Master shall provide to
party and counsel a copy of said order. A Proof of Service should be prepared and submitted to
the court at this time. A copy should be provided along with a self-addressed stamped envelope
for the Special Master’s records. A copy of a Proof of Service is provided as Attachment C.
