The parents shall share joint legal custody. Each parent shall keep the other informed of the names, addresses, and telephone numbers of the children's regular day care and medical care providers. Each parent shall be responsible for providing the children's school, regular day care and medical providers with a signed medical release, and with the telephone number of the other parent. 2. Access to Records: Notwithstanding any other Court Orders intended to protect the address of a parent who is a victim of domestic violence, each parent shall have access to medical and school records pertaining to the children and shall be permitted to independently consult with any and all professionals involved with the children. Each parent shall be responsible for contacting the school(s) and medical provider(s) to receive information. Neither parent shall make or allow others to make negative comments about the other parent or the other parent's past or present relationships, family, or friends within hearing distance of the children. 3.
