It further appearing that the defendant has successfully completed drug treatment, has substantially complied with the conditions of probation, and that there is reasonable cause to believe that the defendant will not abuse controlled substances in the future, therefore: IT IS ORDERED that the conviction on which the probation was passed is hereby set aside, and the accusatory pleading is dismissed.
