SUPERIOR COURT OF CALIFORNIA COUNTY OF SAN DIEGO Pursuant to Penal Code Section 4852.21 (b), you are notified that following the Court's grant of dismissal of the accusatory pleading pursuant to Penal Code section 1203.4, defendants have the right to petition for a Certificate of Rehabilitation and Pardon. Attached is a packet of instructions and materials for petitioning relief.
