(If applicable) I understand that in addition to any other penalty for driving with a suspended or revoked license, the Court may impound my vehicle for an additional six months for a first conviction, or up to 12 months for a second or subsequent conviction (VC § 23592). I understand that a vehicle registered to me may be forfeited if I have a prior conviction of VC §§ 12500(a), 14601, 14601.1, 14601.2, 14601.3, 14601.4 or 14601.5, and if I thereafter drive that vehicle while I have no license, or while it is suspended or revoked (VC § 14607.6). I understand that upon a conviction of VC § 14601.2, or upon a plea of guilty or nolo contendere to §§ 14601, 14601.1, 14601.4 or 14601.5 when 14601.2 was the original charge, the Court shall require me to install a certified ignition interlock device on any vehicle I own or operate for up to 3 years (VC § 23575).
