The Court has reviewed the report submitted by Family Court Services and has separately interviewed each party. Both parties are at least 17 years old. Each party who is a minor has achieved a high school diploma or equivalency certificate. The Court finds that premarital counseling is is not required. Before the parties marry, they must participate in the counseling prescribed by Section 304 of the Family Code. Before the parties establish a domestic partnership, they must participate in the counseling prescribed by Section 297.1 of the Family Code. The Court finds that there is is not evidence of coercion or undue influence on the minor(s). The Court finds that the above-named persons should should not be allowed to marry or establish a domestic partnership.
