Complete the other side of this form and deliver the original to the Sonoma County Superior Court, Family Law Division, 3055 Cleveland Avenue, Santa Rosa, CA 95403 no later than 10:00 am on the day the judge will review the request for temporary orders. The Family Law Clerk's office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm. The document may be faxed to the Court at (707) 521-6763. Make sure you have the full name of both parties on the document so we can match it to the correct request for temporary orders. You must provide a copy of your opposition to the other party. The date the Judicial Officer will review the request for temporary orders is listed on the Declaration Regarding Notice of Request for Temporary Orders. Look for the line: The Judicial Officer will be asked to consider the request for temporary orders on (Date). YOUR OPPOSITION MUST BE SUBMITTED NO LATER THAN 8:30 AM ON THE DATE LISTED.
