COUNSEL SERVICES AND FEES
DEFAULT ACTION ON NOTE OR CONTRACT
Exclusive of costs, the following counsel fees will be awarded under normal circumstances in a
default action on a promissory note or contract providing for the payment of counsel fees:
25% of the first $5,000 with a minimum fee of $250
10% of the amount over $5,000
