CASE PROGRESSION PLAN MUST COMPLY WITH LOCAL RULES: All proposed Case Progression Plans must comply with Local Rules. Rules regarding Family Law Trials are contained in Local Rule 9.19 FAMILY LAW TRIALS. Rule 9.19 sets out timelines for exchange of information, the time frame to complete discovery, and procedures and grounds for requesting a continuance of trial. SANCTIONS FOR FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE CASE PROGRESSION PLAN: All parties must comply with the Case Progression Plan Order. Sanctions, including but not limited to those set forth in Local Rule 9.02, may be imposed for noncompliance.
