Unified Family Court of Yolo Grievance Procedure for Court-Based Child Custody Mediation The Superior Court of Yolo County along with the State of California recognizes the importance of having an avenue for the consumer to be heard in the event of a complaint regarding mediation services. A complaint about how you were treated in Family Law Mediation Services or about the procedures used should be directed to the Court Executive Officer. All complaints must be in writing and specific as to the reasons for the formal complaint regarding mediation services. Please use the attached mediation complaint form. The court needs this information in order to fully understand your experience and legal history. Make two copies of the form after you have completed it. Keep one copy for your records.
