Form CONV LP-GS has been created for ease in filing, however, you can compose your own document, provided it meets statutory requirements. This form only can be used for a California limited partnership converting to a California stock corporation. To file this Form CONV LP-GS, the California limited partnership must be active on the records of the California Secretary of State.
