Notice of Hearing and the Right to
Object to Chapter 12 Plan
Notice is hereby given that the above-captioned debtor(s) have filed herein a plan for the payment of their debts pursuant to the provisions
of Chapter 12 of Title 11 of the United States Code, together with a motion to confirm the same, and the Court has set a preliminary
hearing on the Debtor's(') motion to confirm which will be held on

the United States Bankruptcy Court, for the purpose of considering the debtor's(') motion and plan.
Please take further notice that any party objecting to the confirmation of the plan must file a written objection which must specify the
grounds upon which the objection is made. The objection shall be filed with the court and served upon the debtor's(') counsel (or the
debtor(s) if not represented by counsel) and upon the Chapter 12 Trustee not less than three (3) court days prior to the date set for the
preliminary hearing. If no objection is filed and served within the time specified, the Court may grant the motion and confirm the plan
without taking further evidence. If objections to confirmation are filed, at the preliminary hearing no evidence will be taken and no
witnesses need appear, but the Court will hear the preliminary statements of the parties, will conduct a status conference to determine the
matters at issue and the time needed for hearing, may enter orders concerning discovery and will set a final date for the hearings on the
confirmation of the debtor's(') plan which date will, in any event, be within the time mandated by Section 1224 of the Bankruptcy Code
unless said date is continued for cause.
