This Writ of Restitution shall remain in effect for 45 days after issuance and shall automatically expire thereafter. This Writ of Restitution requires the removal of a mobile home from the premises pursuant to 24738 - 12 - 208, C.R.S. T he home owner has not less than thirty days from the time of the ruling to either remove or sell the mobile home and to vacat e t he premises. I f the home owner wis hes to extend such period beyond thi r ty days but not more than sixty days from the date of the ruling, the home owner shall prepay to the landlord an amount equal to a pro rata shar e of rent for each day following the expiration of the initial thirty - day period after the court's ruling that the mobile home owner will remain on the premises. All prepayments shall be paid no later than thirty days after the court r uling. The homeowner will prepare the mobile home for removal from the premises by removing the skirting, disconnecting utilities, attaching tires, and otherwise making the mobile home safe and ready for highway travel , in instances where the mobile home must be removed from the mobile home lot.
