period of three years or more and the Court has no reason to believe that the Personal
Representative’s conduct in the administration of this estate has been improper.
The Court orders that this estate is closed without further accounting, report or hearing, and that neither
the Personal Representative nor any other person is discharged from any liability to this estate, the
Court or any other person, except that sureties upon any bond posted in these proceedings shall be
released as to any claim arising after closure of this estate pursuant to this Order.
