DIRECTING JOINT ADMINISTRATION OF CASES
Upon the Motion (the “Motion”) of the above-captioned Debtors (the “Debtors”) for
entry of an Order under Rule 1015(b)(1) of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure directing
the joint administration of the above-captioned cases; and this Court having determined that
granting the relief requested in the Motion is in the best interests of the Debtors, their estates and
creditors; and it appearing that proper and adequate notice has been given and that no other or
further notice is necessary; and upon the record herein; and after due deliberation thereon; and
good and sufficient cause appearing therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

The Motion is GRANTED.
2.
Pursuant to Bankruptcy Rule 1015(b)(1), the above-captioned cases shall be
administered jointly by the Court.
