JOINT PETITION FOR MEDIATION
[Corporation, Inc. and Party B], by and through their undersigned counsel, hereby
petition the Court pursuant to 10 Del. C. §§ 346 and 347 and Court of Chancery Rules 93
through 95, as follows:
