specification of the factual and legal grounds upon which it is based. You may append affidavits
and documents in support of your objection.
IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A TIMELY OBJECTION, THE SALE [or LEASE or USE]
WILL BE AUTHORIZED BY THE BANKRUPTCY CODE AND BY THE RULES OF THE
COURT WITHOUT THE NECESSITY OF A COURT ORDER. The Court may authorize the
