Adjudication Services will grant a request for a hearing after a default judgment has been entered ONLY if all of the following items apply: 1. The vehicle was registered in your name or you have a notarized power of attorney form from the registered owner. 2. The judgment was entered within the last 60 (sixty) calendar days. 3. You prove that: a. There was excusable neglect in your failure to respond; and b.
