AND EXPENSES
THIS MATTER came before the court upon the final application for compensation
and expenses [ECF # ___] filed by trustee, ___________. The court having examined
the fee application(s) presented and having considered all relevant material thereto,
finds that the following allowances are reasonable under the applicable provisions of the
Bankruptcy Code. Therefore, it is ORDERED as follows:

In allowing the foregoing fees, the court has considered the criteria specified in
11 U.S.C. §§326 and 330, and the requirements of Bankruptcy Rule 2016. Recitation of
the facts and consideration supporting each of these conclusions has been omitted in
the interest of brevity, but will be prepared and filed at the request of any party, if
received by this court within 14 days after the entry of this order.
