Petitioner met the burden of establishing to the satisfaction of this Court the incapacity of the Ward to exercise the following delegable rights: (_) (_) (_) to determine his or her residence, to consent to medical and mental health treatment, to make decisions about his or her social environment or other social aspects of his or her life.
