IN THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR FLORIDA IN RE: GUARDIANSHIP OF COUNTY, PROBATE DIVISION File No. Division ORDER DISAPPROVING VERIFIED INVENTORY OF GUARDIAN OF PROPERTY AND COMPELLING COMPLIANCE The Court having reviewed the Verified Inventory filed by as guardian of the property of _____________________________ (the Ward), on , , , and having reviewed the report of the Clerk of the Court, finds that the Verified Inventory is not complete as indicated below: The Verified Inventory of the guardian of the property fails to provide, or fails to provide adequately, the following information as required by Florida Statutes Section 744.365: () Identification of all real and personal property of the Ward, and any trusts of which the Ward is a beneficiary, that has come into the guardian's possession or knowledge, including a statement of all encumbrances, liens, and other secured claims on any item, any claims against the property, and any cause of action accruing to the Ward. The location of real and personal property in sufficient detail so that it may be clearly identified or located. A description of all sources of income, including, without limitation, Social Security benefits and pensions. A copy of the most current statement of all of the Ward's cash assets from all institutions where the cash is on deposit.
