IN THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR FLORIDA IN RE: GUARDIANSHIP OF COUNTY, PROBATE DIVISION File No. Division ORDER APPROVING DISTRIBUTION AND AUTHORIZING DISCHARGE OF GUARDIAN On the petition of guardian of the person property person and property of for discharge as limited plenary (the Ward), the Court finds that the guardian has filed a Petition for Discharge, a Final Report which includes an accounting showing all receipts and disbursements from the date of the previous annual accounting (or from the commencement of the administration of this guardianship if no annual accounting has been filed) and a schedule showing: (a) the amount of unpaid and anticipated costs and fees to be paid to the guardian and to attorneys, accountants, or other agents employed by the guardian, (b) all amounts reserved for unpaid and anticipated disbursements, costs and fees, (c) all other relevant financial information not shown on the accounting, and (d) a list of the assets to be turned over to the persons entitled to them; that a copy of the Final Report, a copy of the Petition, and a notice containing the statements required by Florida Probate Rule 5.680(d) have been served on the persons required by Rule 5.680(e) or waivers by those persons of such notice and service have been filed herein; that no objections to the Final Report and Petition for Discharge have been filed within the time required by law; and the Court being satisfied that the guardian has faithfully discharged the duties as such guardian, it is ADJUDGED as follows: 1. 2.
