IN THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR FLORIDA IN RE: GUARDIANSHIP OF COUNTY, PROBATE DIVISION File No. Division ORDER ON RESIGNATION OF GUARDIAN (No Additional Notice Required) The resignation of of , the guardian of the (the Ward), having been considered by the court, and the court finding that the interests of the Ward are protected and will not be placed in jeopardy by petitioner's resignation, and being fully advised, it is ADJUDGED as follows: 1. The guardian's resignation is accepted, subject to the requirements specified in paragraphs 2 and 3 of this order. 2. The guardian shall be relieved of all further duties except those specified in paragraph 3 of this order upon the appointment and qualification of a successor guardian, but shall remain responsible for all duties as guardian until a successor guardian has been appointed and duly qualified, and the acceptance of the resignation shall not exonerate the guardian or the guardian's surety from any liability previously incurred. 3. The guardian and the guardian's surety shall not be discharged until the guardian has filed a true and correct final report of the guardianship and delivered to the successor guardian copies of all guardianship records, all property of the Ward, and all money due the Ward from the guardian. 4.
