Within 20 days after assumption of duties as Guardian Advocate , the Standby Guardian Advocate shall p etition for confirmation of appointment and submi t to a criminal background record check and if the court finds that the Standby Guardian to be qualified to serve as Guardian Advocate pursuant to 247 744.309 and 247744.312 , Florida Statutes , appointment of Guardian shall be confirmed. 4.
