LARGE SCALE DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE
The Planning Department provides a technical advisory committee meeting comprised of 25
representatives from City departments, County agencies and utility companies to discuss various
aspects of any project.
1. A mailing fee of $50.00 (Payable to the City of Miami).
2. A Traffic Study independent review fee of $4,500 (Payable to the City of Miami).
3. The department will schedule the meeting 3 weeks from receipt of the plans, notifies applicant and
members.
4. Required materials includes 24 Current Surveys (11 x 17) of the property prepared by a State of Florida
registered land surveyor, one regular size plan sealed and stamped, 24 Sets of plans (11x 17) prepared by
a State of Florida registered architect or engineer, one regular size plan sealed and stamped. Includes
proposed site plan, floor plan(s), and preliminary landscape plan including all pertinent dimensions and
zoning calculations on all plans. And 1 set of plans regular size plans including survey.
5. Six (6) copies of the Traffic Studies.
6. Applicant is requested to respond to technical comments (revise plans, if necessary).
