The Planning Department provides a courtesy meeting to discuss various aspects of any project
pertaining to any Variances, Special Exceptions, and MUSP requirements. The intent of this
Committee is to aid in expediting applications by avoiding any unnecessary delays particularly prior to
a project’s submission to the Large Scale Development Committee.
