IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter and the responses thereto are referred to
General Magistrate James E. Glatt for further proceedings, pursuant to Florida Rule of Civil
Procedure 1.490 and current Administrative Orders of the Court.
The General Magistrate is hereby authorized to require such investigations and
examinations and hold such hearings as deemed necessary and shall file, as soon as practicable, a
Report of Findings and Recommendations.
If a party wishes to use a court reporter, the party may do so, but the requesting party
must bear that expense.
If a hearing was not scheduled at the time of referral, the moving party shall contact
the General Magistrate’s Assistant at the Orange County Courthouse, Room 360E, phone

407-836-2024 to schedule a hearing. Failure to contact the Magistrate’s Office within thirty
(30) days may result in the pending matter being returned to the Circuit Court Judge for
appropriate sanctions.
The moving party shall provide written notice of hearing to all parties and the office of
the General Magistrate.
AFTER CONCLUSION OF THE PROCEEDINGS BEFORE THE
MAGISTRATE, IF EXCEPTIONS TO THE GENERAL MAGISTRATE’S REPORT
ARE FILED, A COPY OF SAME SHALL BE CONTEMPORANEOUSLY SUBMITTED
TO THE GENERAL MAGISTRATE. THE GENERAL MAGISTRATE SHALL HAVE
RESERVED JURISDICTION TO CONDUCT SUCH REHEARING AS THE GENERAL
MAGISTRATE DETERMINES APPROPRIATE. SUCH RESERVATION SHALL NOT
RESTRICT THE JURISDICTION OF THE CIRCUIT COURT FROM PROCEEDING
ON THE EXCEPTIONS.
