16.750 Contracts; Quantum Meruit; Essential Requisites for Recovery In order for the plaintiff to recover, the plaintiff must show that he/she had such a relationship with the defendant as to authorize the plaintiff to render the services alleged, that valuable services were rendered, that such services were accepted, that they benefited the defendant, and that they had a reasonable value.
