In accordance with Fed. R. Bankr. P. 1006, and GENERAL ORDER No. 4-2005 (Bankr. N.D. Ga., October 5, 2005), I apply for
permission to pay the filing fee amounting to $ 306.00 in installments.

I am unable to pay the filing fee except in installments.

Third Installment in an amount not less than one-third of the unpaid balance of the filing fee shall be due and payable on or
before 80 days from the Petition date.
Final Installment shall equal the remaining unpaid balance of the filing fee and shall be due and payable on or before 120 days
from the Petition date.
I understand that if I fail to pay any installment when due, my bankruptcy case may be dismissed and I may not receive a discharge of my debts.
