This format will play on most players designed to play music and other audio Generic Audio Format programs. $31 Fee (per CD) Pursuant to the Appendix to 28 U.S.C. § 1930 (Bankruptcy Court Miscellaneous Fee Schedule), there is a $31 fee to reproduce an audio recording of a court proceeding. This fee is due with the filing of the request. This request must be filed with the clerk at United States Bankruptcy Court, District of Hawaii, Suite 250, Honolulu, Hawaii, 96813, accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check, or money order .
