price or an “N” for a new product. By indicating the type of posting, you may use the same form to
post increases, decreases and new prices.
1. UPC Column – List the Universal Product Code for the price posting item. If you do not have a
UPC Code for the product, please write “none” in the UPC column.
2. BRAND COLUMN - Show the brand of malt beverage.
3. PACKAGE COLUMN – List the size and type of package.
4. PRICE COLUMN – List the full case price, without deposit.
5. DEPOSIT – List deposit amount.
Alcohol Beverage Control requires price postings to be submitted on this form. Only price changes
and new product process are to be listed on the posting.
Price postings must be on file with Alcohol Beverage Control or official U.S. Post Office postmarked
no later than ten (10) days prior to the last day of the calendar month to become effective on the first
(1st) day of the succeeding calendar month.
New products may be posted at any time of the month. The price becomes effective immediately
upon receipt by Alcohol Beverage Control.
