30.21 Measure of Damages--Personal Injury--Aggravation of Pre-Existing Condition--No Limitations If you decide for the plaintiff on the question of liability, you may not deny or limit the plaintiff's right to damages resulting from this occurrence because any injury resulted from [an aggravation of a pre-existing condition] [or] [a preexisting condition which rendered the plaintiff more susceptible to injury].
