150.16 Dram Shop Act--"Alcoholic Liquor" Defined The term "alcoholic liquor" means and includes every liquid or solid containing alcohol, wine, beer, or spirits including brandy, rum, whiskey, and gin and capable of being consumed as a beverage by a human being, but does not mean or include any such liquid or solid which contains one-half of one percent, or less, of alcohol, by volume.
