300.52 Measure of Damages to Remainder--Unilateral Stipulation Concerning Use of Planned Construction The stipulation made by the plaintiff and read to you is a binding obligation which plaintiff-condemnor must perform. You are not to allow damages because of any possibility that the stipulation might not be performed.
